Burguret Gate→Camp 1
10 km+700 m5–6 hrsSleep: 3,100 mEnter at Burguret Gate (2,400 m) through dense forest. Camp 1 is a clearing in the upper forest zone around 3,100 m.

Camp 1→Hausberg Col
12 km+1100 m6–8 hrsSleep: 4,200 mClimb through bamboo and heather into the moorland, crossing the Hausberg Col.

Hausberg Col→Shipton's Camp (acclimatisation)
6 km+300 m3–4 hrsSleep: 4,200 mArrive at Shipton's Camp and acclimatise. Optional hike towards Kami Hut.

Shipton's Camp→Point Lenana → Shipton's Camp
12 km+785 m-785 m7–9 hrsSleep: 4,200 mPre-dawn summit push to Point Lenana (4,985 m). Return to Shipton's.
- Day 5 ·
Shipton's Camp→Burguret Gate
16 km-1800 m7–9 hrsFull descent through the Burguret valley, reversing the ascent route back to the gate.
